  The United Nations ESCAP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of Indonesia and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, will co-organize the Regional Investment Forum on Inclusive Business in Agriculture and Food Systems on August 23rd, 2023, in Bali, Indonesia.

The Sixth ASEAN Inclusive Business Summit will be organised by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in cooperation with the ASEAN Secretariat, the United Nations ESCAP, and, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from 23 to 25 August 2023, Bali, Indonesia.

Several governments in the Asia and the Pacific region have taken action to promote inclusive business models to enhance the contribution that the private sector can make to meet national development goals and the ambitions of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This meeting discussed the following:

The workshop is part of an initiative by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) to support CLTV countries develop a South and Triangular (SST) Collaboration Programme on science, technology and innovation (STI) . In this technical workshop of the co-creation process, participants from the senior and technical policy groups will work together to define common priorities for collaboration on science, technology and innovation (STI) for the sustainable and inclusive development of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Viet Nam (CLTV).
