Several governments in the Asia and the Pacific region have taken action to promote inclusive business models to enhance the contribution that the private sector can make to meet national development goals and the ambitions of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

This meeting discussed the following:

• The plans and advances made by governments to promote inclusive business;
• Challenges and lessons learned while carrying out these effort; and
• Concrete opportunities to join forces to promote inclusive business in the Asia-Pacific region.
