Youth Co:Lab Summit

The Youth Co:Lab Summit will bring together the young winners from the 2017-2018 National Dialogues, as well as representatives from government, private sector and the social entrepreneurship community.  We hope that the Summit will lay the groundwork for longer-term regional engagement by UNDP and other partners to empower youth on social innovation and entrepreneurship, and help create an enabling environment for young people to have meaningful and sustained engagement with the SDGs. The Summit will aim:

UNESCAP - British Council Policy Dialogue on Social Enterprise and Social Impact Investment

On 27th February 2017, The British Council and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) signed a collaborative agreement to promote the growth of social enterprise and social impact investment across the Asia-Pacific region as a means of supporting progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Urban Innovation Challenge: Citypreneurs

The "Urban Innovation Challenge: Citypreneurs" is a city-based start-up competition for young entrepreneurs and start-ups worldwide to seek solutions to urban problems towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Co-hosted by ESCAP, WFUNA, Seoul Metropolitan Government and organized by Seoul Digital Foundation, the competition was held from 19-20 September in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
