Inclusive Business Policy Seminar for Viet Nam

The Inclusive Business Policy Seminar for Viet Nam will take place on 15 October 2019 in Hanoi, Viet Nam. The Policy Seminar is organised by the Ministry of Planning and Investment - Agency for Enterprise Development (MPI-AED), the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the Inclusive Business Action Network (iBAN), in collaboration with the Central Institute for Economic Management.

The Seminar will present the preliminary results of the landscape study on inclusive business recently conducted in Viet Nam and discuss policy recommendations for creating an enabling environment for businesses that provide innovative solutions to the challenges of poor and low-income people in Viet Nam

The forum will be attended by high-level Government officials, executive managers from inclusive businesses, intermediary and international organizations, and other public and private stakeholders.

In addition to the First Inclusive Business Policy Forum for Viet Nam, MPI-AED, ESCAP and iBAN will host a Business Roundtable on Inclusive Business in Ho Chi Minh City on 10 October 2019, in collaboration with the Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association (VINASME).
