Teemu Alexander Puutio

Mr. Teemu Alexander Puutio is an experienced intellectual property rights expert and science, technology and innovation scholar with a deep understanding of technology in the context of international trade and investment. His earlier work has focused on exploring creative and digital economies and how they can be fostered and developed through targeted development interventions, internal government policies and trade agreements. Mr. Puutio holds degrees on international law and economics from the UoL/London School of Economics, Fordham University, UoL/King’s College and University of Turku. He is an active participant in research networks and colloquia related to digital economies, trade and investment and currently serves the UN Secretariat’s Department of Operational Support in New York.
